All products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will correct the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing charts before ordering)
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color or design due to screen differences
